What Elizabeth has been up to...
Making cards is my new hobby. I find it very relaxing. It's a nice creative outlet. Also, it's a good way to recycle old cards and other cute things that I would otherwise throw away. People will probably find it more meaningful than my $.50 DollarTree cards too! lol
My new meal system is that every week I will make something Mexican, Asian, Italian, All-American, and Seafood. Those are our favorite types of foods. This prevents me from getting in "cooking ruts". Pictured is some sesame chicken I made.

Last, but not least, I've been trying to keep up with photography and blogging (although, it may not seem that way). My new resolution is to work on pictures a little each day, so it's not so overwhelming. I've been editing, deleting, and framing. It sounds like an easy task, but it's one I tend to procrastinate the most. Instead of scrapbooking the traditional way, I have decided to do online scrapbooking. It's more practical for my situation. The book will be similar to a year book...but nicer.
